A full bathroom is for those looking for something to fit into medium sized budget. It includes a sink, a tub/shower combo plumbed along the wall and a toilet. Their dimensions are around 5×5 feet.
Half bathrooms can prove to a very handy asset for families with huge population. When all the family members queue up for a single bathroom, these half bathrooms can be used to the morning rush. These bathrooms include just basic commodities such as sink and a toilet. These bathrooms, of the size of a small closet can be placed on the floor of your home. For people who are running tight on space, small bathrooms may be the solution. These bathrooms, with dimensions, 6×6 feet, include toilet, sink and a corner shower. If you have a small child in your home, then a separate bathroom for children called children’s bathroom can be designed for them. These bathrooms are designed to be helpful in using for the children and contain color full cubbies and plenty of storage area and a small tub. For guest rooms, which are very rarely occupied, a three quarter bathroom should be enough.

A bathroom should be kept as bright as possible. Have big windows covered with glass, so that you don have to use light during daytime. And for night, have a bright light, since bathrooms do get slippery every now and then, you are advised to put up lights in such a place which illuminates every corner of your bathroom.
